We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join our Americas IT Hub in Mexico City. The role combines onsite IT support responsibilities with global service desk coverage supporting employees across the Americas and globally.
This position is ideal for early-career IT professionals who want exposure to a modern cloud-first consulting environment and hands-on experience in a global IT operating model.
Daily onsite presence is required to support our hands eyes and ears concept and ensure close collaboration with local users and global IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to employees:
In person (onsite)
Via phone and ticketing system
Act as the local IT point of contact supporting all hands eyes and ears responsibilities for global IT teams.
Install configure and maintain:
Windows 11 laptops and desktops
iOS mobile devices (iPhone iPad)
Support cloud-based workplace tools primarily within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Ensure availability and basic troubleshooting of:
Meeting room technology
Video conferencing and collaboration tools
Assist with local IT infrastructure support including basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
Support SD-WAN and connectivity-related issues and escalate when required.
Contribute to process improvements and participate in future-oriented IT initiatives supporting the IT Hub strategy.
Provide rotational or scheduled coverage for the Global IT Service Hub.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or in pursuit of Bachelors degree in Information Technology CIS MIS or related field
Strong knowledge of:
Microsoft Windows 11
Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams OneDrive)
Experience providing end-user support via help desk hotline or onsite assistance (internships accepted).
Advanced English skills (spoken and written); daily professional use required.
Strong customer-service mindset and professional communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
Basic understanding of:
Networking concepts
SD-WAN or enterprise connectivity models
Experience working in an international or consulting environment.
