Main Duties:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes including job posting screening interviewing and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws regulations and company policies
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations performance management compensation and organizational development initiatives
- Support training and development programs while administering benefits to enhance employee capabilities and engagement
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to inform business decisions and identify trends
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters conflict resolution and workplace culture initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws regulations and employment practices
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment talent management and employee relations
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to generate HR metrics and insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP PHR or equivalent)
- Expertise in compensation benefits administration and performance management
- Experience leading organizational development and change management initiatives
