What Will You Get to Do

As Lead Business Finance you will operate as a hands-on individual contributor with high ownership across global costing revenue operations cash flow management and balance sheet analytics. You will play a critical role in driving financial rigor supporting leadership decision-making and preparing the organization for board investor and IPO readiness in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own global costing including forecasting utilization tracking efficiency metrics and detailed variance analysis.

• Manage revenue operations including ARR-to-revenue bridge analysis invoice register oversight and collections forecasting.

• Drive cash flow planning and forecasting including payroll register management and variable pay accruals.

• Conduct analytical review of balance sheet accounts and supporting schedules ensuring accuracy through monthly reconciliations.

• Prepare board decks and investor materials and support IPO readiness initiatives (audit schedules financial controls compliance documentation).

• Build ad-hoc financial models dashboards and process automation frameworks to track and optimize KPIs such as NRR and cash conversion.

What You Should Have

• 5 years of experience in Business Finance or FP&A within the SaaS or technology industry; prior Big 4 experience is mandatory.

• Strong expertise in global costing revenue analysis and cash flow management.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis.

• Strong analytical acumen with hands-on experience in balance sheet reviews and board/investor reporting.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate financial insights clearly.

• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• Demonstrated team management experience.

• Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced global high-growth environment.
