It drives regional initiatives such as employer branding technology adoption and the standardization of best practices fostering synergies among countries. Additionally the position oversees end-to-end recruitment for critical roles ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications :
Professional in Psychology Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related fields with 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably within LATAM and shared service models (GBS). Skilled in ATS recruitment sources market intelligence and Office tools. Nice to have Portuguese required for Brazil coverage.
