Job Summary

The HR Officer supports the Human Resources Department in delivering best-in-class people development engagement and administrative excellence. This role plays a key part in curating meaningful learning experiences fostering a culture of recognition and continuous improvement and ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with the hotels luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate interview scheduling assessments and candidate documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities prepare welcome materials and facilitate orientation sessions.

Learning & Development

  • Assist in organizing training programs managing enrolment and preparing materials.
  • Maintain accurate training and development records.

Engagement & Culture

  • Support planning of engagement events recognition programs and culturebuilding initiatives.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Handle daily HR administrative duties filing data entry and database maintenance.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure documentation meets audit and compliance standards.

HR Support & Projects

  • Provide operational support to the HR team and department heads.
  • Participate in HR systems work and assist with projects or ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree holder
  • Detailed oriented
  • Good team player
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development particularly in luxury hotels or hospitality
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Passion for service enhancement and continuous professional development.
  • Fluency in English Putonghua and Cantonese is a must.
