- Lead large-scale treasury transformation programs including cross-functional and global engagements.
- Advise clients on treasury strategy operating models and enterprise decision-making capabilities.
- Drive solution design and implementation ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Engage with C-level executives translating complex treasury concepts into actionable strategies.
- Lead business development initiatives including RFPs proposals and client relationship expansion.
- Build and maintain strong CXO-level stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
- Manage project financials including WIP billing and overall engagement profitability.
- Mentor and lead teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Contribute to asset development thought leadership and service innovation
