Insurance Company Customer Representative German Speaker
Introduction
A global leader in customer experience and technology solutions is recruiting German-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a major insurance project in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for clients assisting them with policy management claims and inquiries while ensuring a professional and smooth customer journey.
Your Role
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls and chats from customers regarding their insurance policies.
- Service Requests: Process policy administration updates and service requests within the clients internal systems.
- Communication: Draft and send professional email and letter responses including contract details and policy information.
- Document Management: Utilize internal tools for the indexation and electronic archiving of policy documents.
- Policy Changes: Manage updates to customer contracts such as changing payment methods or personal details.
- Claims & Cancellations: Support customers through the initial stages of claims submissions and policy cancellations.
- Performance: Maintain high service quality standards while meeting performance and efficiency targets.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Native-level fluency in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a significant advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with a professional and diplomatic approach.
- Mindset: Proactive solution-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced team-based environment.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
