Your Role
- Main Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons supporting drivers and logistics companies.
- Support Channels: Provide assistance via phone and email in both Polish and English.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate toll and revenue collection and handle debt-related communication.
- Consultative Service: Clarify customer inquiries regarding road usage regulations and service sales where applicable.
- Operational Goals: Contribute to the achievement of the companys operational and revenue objectives.
- Information Management: Manage and update customer information accurately within internal systems.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) with a good command of English.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required ideally within the transport logistics or service industry.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Professionalism: Capable of handling sensitive customer information with high integrity and professionalism.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and internal software platforms.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks.
