Join our team in Barcelona as a German-Speaking Ads Onboarding Account Manager and help businesses launch high-performing PPC campaigns that drive real results.

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor for new clients onboarding them shaping their advertising strategy and guiding them toward measurable success through Google Ads solutions.

This is a dynamic client-facing position combining sales digital marketing and strategic consulting within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and manage a portfolio of new advertising clients.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client objectives and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.

  • Design and implement strategic results-driven PPC campaigns with immediate and long-term impact.

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote services and improve campaign performance.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and increased ad spend.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

  • Handle a high daily volume of potential clients confidently and professionally.

  • Analyze campaign performance market trends and competitor positioning to optimize results.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (client-facing experience required).

  • Proven ability to work independently and consistently deliver measurable results.

Language Skills

  • Native or C2-level German

  • Fluent English
