Job Summary
Join our growing team! We are looking for a Baker to work at our Restaurant!
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons your top priority is guest satisfaction! Whether you are the very first person our guests encounter or produce the best loved bakery items that our guests come to enjoy you will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences.
In this position you will:
Work all counters including front counter kitchen & drive-thru
Bake & prepare products ensuring quality of product & meeting standards
Receive products prepare & produce kitchen goods (baking)
Complete production sheets checklists to track production eliminate waste & monitor tasks
Help to train fellow staff as needed including sanitation food safety & customer service
Assist with opening & closing procedures at the restaurant
Physically fit work safely with ability to bend knees squat & lift 50 lbs or more
Work in a fast-paced environment take customer orders actively suggest add-ons
Perform other job duties as required
