Job responsibilities
- Support Sales and Account Management teams in achieving annual revenue targets.
- Develop a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions products and processes.
- Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders including C-suite executives to complete enrollment materials.
- Review submit and initiate contracts for underwriting and implementation.
- Manage maintenance tasks for incoming account requests.
- Resolve customer escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant activities.
