Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Senior Project Lead for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Career and Technical Education regarding the senior project process.
- Recommend updates to administration to achieve continuous growth in Minutemans senior project.
- Assist students in establishing and creating their senior project and achieving a successful senior project and presentation.
- Review revise and publish a yearly senior project manual outlining key information and specific milestones in the senior project process.
- Coordinate with staff members to assist students with questions or concerns about the senior project.
- Recruit staff members to work with students on their senior project.
- Conduct regularly scheduled student informational meeting with all seniors.
- Meet regularly with Minutemans librarian to coordinate efforts with research and development of projects.
- Schedule practice sessions with all CTE teachers and the theater manager.
- Schedule final senior project presentations for all CTE areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Self-motivated; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced in developing and providing training opportunities for staff and students.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing in person through email and on the telephone.
Additional Requirements:- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:Effective Dates of Employment:- This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year (July 1 2026 June 30 2027).
Supervisor:- Director of Career and Technical Education.
Compensation:- The total stipend for this position is $3148 for the entire assignment.
