Job Opportunity: Outsystems Solutions Architect/Tech Lead
We are looking for anexperienced OutSystems Technical Lead to join their software engineering team and contribute to the enhancement of this role you will design and develop scalable solutions using the OutSystems low-code platform ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities include architecting robust solutions managing integrations and leading a development team while upholding coding standards and best practices. You will provide mentorship to team members resolve complex technical challenges and oversee the delivery of secure high-performing applications. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams will be crucial to achieving organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead one or more development teams in application implementation.

Convert business requirements into scalable effective application solutions.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices.

Design develop and test OutSystems applications following established coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate and coordinate with other technical teams and business analysts as needed.

Evaluate existing applications for performance architecture and design and refactor using OutSystems design patterns.

Perform root cause analysis to resolve defects leveraging expertise in applications interfaces and technology.

Develop flexible data models and seamless integration points.

Mentor junior team members in their daily tasks and professional growth.

• 8 years of experience developing web and mobile applications using OutSystems
• Certified in OutSystems certifications: Associate Reactive Developer (O11) Associate Tech Lead (O11) Expert Traditional Web Developer (O11) Architecture Specialist (O11) Architecture Specialist (ODC)
• Proficiency in the OutSystems platform including the use of Service Studio Integration Studio
• Proficiency in architecture patterns solution design and high performing application development
• Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable secure and high-performance OutSystems applications
• Extensive experience in developing screens web blocks timers server/service actions client actions data actions OutSystems
• Extensive experience in customizing the UI of the screens based on the figma designs provided
• 8 years experience working with web technologies like C# or Java HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful APIs
• 5 years experience working on relational database language like SQL/Oracle and writing T-SQL queries.
• Preferably to have experience in completing at least five full application development lifecycles.
• OutSystems architecture dashboard discovery tool to validate application design and technical debt
• Knowledge of relational data modelling principles and experience building database objects using E-R modelling tools
• Ability in building apps with responsive web design compatible with various devices exposing and consuming SOAP and RESTful APIs
• Agile/scrum methodology of project delivery
• Tools such as Azure Boards Jira confluence
• Familiarity with OutSystems lifetime service center
• Ability to work independently and proactively communicates status and risks to project leadership and possess strong problem-solving skills
