You will make our iconic brands even more attractive andthroughdeep consumerbrand and category insights you support packaging and design excellence in partnership with Research Development and Quality BU regional and global Marketing teams.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Support brand growth and excellence through excellence in design and packaging. Identify opportunities andcreate agenda to pursue those.
- Steer efforts around packaging and design research globally.
- Create and use multiple data sources (i.e. Packaging-Quality Benchmark retail consumer market demographic brand healthtracking etc.) to provide powerful and actionable recommendations to Brand teams.
- Lead cross-functional Governance meetings for Product Quality Benchmark & Packaging Quality Benchmark.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:
- Management level experience in Consumer Insights with a spike on design innovation and creativeeffectiveness.
- Management level experience in data integration analytics and business application.
- Ability to lead multiple projects at a time. Effective trade off ability.
- Experience in budget management.
- Advanced excel skills Tableau/other data visualization capabilities.
