Job Description:

• The Operation Excellence Engineer is responsible for driving business results through Lean practices within Johnson & Johnson Medical (Suzhou) Ltd. To provide Lean support to both manufacturing site leadership and project teams. Also leads analyzes designs and improves business processes by enlisting and influencing client teams delivering tangible business results through the application of Lean principles. By utilizing his/her lean and technical skills the Lean Engineer will coach other associates through strategic Lean projects while focusing on the development of Lean talent.

• Lead and execute lean transformation projects and activities with tangible business results using proven lean methodologies and techniques.
• Support coaching counseling and development of individual Lean Green and yellow belts.
• Responsible for conducting Lean trainings and Lean cultures promotion.
• Support the deployment and implementation of JJPS/JJOS in DePuy Synthes plant JJMD Suzhou.
• Assist in developing Dashboard metrics and the project selection process.
• Capable of leading lean tools training and workshops conduct to avoid the wastes.
• Manage Lean Deployment activities to include the identification and transfer of Lean Best Practices and the development of a common production system which will facilitate efficiency improvements cost reductions and cycle time reductions.
• 3P Layout and Overall logistic improvement.
• Capacity analysis and improvement.
• Lean and Kaizen activities planning.
