Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Resource Specialist to join our team at Panno Realty a leading real estate this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating resources including materials data and personnel to support our real estate operations and customer service. You will work closely with real estate agents property managers and clients to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources across various real estate projects and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Coordination: Assist in organizing and allocating resources for property listings sales marketing campaigns and other real estate operations.
- Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with external vendors contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services such as staging photography inspections and repairs.
- Client and Team Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to real estate agents property managers and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes and customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases of properties listings and client information.
- Marketing Support: Assist with resource planning for marketing campaigns including digital advertising print materials and property showings.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of marketing materials office supplies and other resources needed for day-to-day real estate operations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in generating regular reports on resource utilization and tracking inventory levels.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance resource management and increase efficiency across departments.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in resource management real estate operations or administrative support preferably in the real estate industry. Familiarity with real estate software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite experience with real estate platforms and knowledge of basic project management tools is desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple tasks excellent communication problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation are required.
