Functieomschrijving

Als mechanisch georiënteerde Field Service Engineer focus je op de montage afstelling het onderhoud en de mechanische reparaties van Heidelberg-apparatuur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige opbouw van complexe systemen en het mechanisch optimaliseren van machines in een productieomgeving.

Rapporteert aan Service Manager

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

Monteren en afstellen van mechanische componenten van drukpersen en nabewerkingsapparatuur
Onderhoud en revisie van mechanische systemen (lagers assen tandwielen)
Lokaliseren en verhelpen van mechanische defecten of slijtage
Uitvoeren van prestatiecontroles en afstelmetingen
Klanten begeleiden in het correct afstellen en onderhouden van machines
Nauwe samenwerking met collegas van elektrische dienst bij gecombineerde storingen

Profiel en vaardigheden

A2 of bachelor in mechanica elektromechanica of fijnmechaniek
Ervaring met industriële machines assemblage en mechanische troubleshooting
Praktisch en nauwkeurig oplossingsgericht
Bereidheid om te reizen binnen de Benelux
Nederlands en Engels vereist
