Job Summary
One of our leading logistic client is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operations Workers to support inbound and outbound logistics operations. The role involves handling goods receiving picking packing sorting and other warehouse-related activities to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound operations including receiving unloading inspecting and sorting incoming shipments.
Perform outbound operations including order picking packing labeling and preparing goods for dispatch.
Ensure accurate scanning and recording of shipments using warehouse management systems.
Conduct quality checks to verify product condition and quantity accuracy.
Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory within the warehouse.
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks hand trucks scanners) as required.
Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
Maintain cleanliness organization and safety standards in the warehouse.
Follow company policies operational procedures and safety regulations.
Support team members and supervisors in achieving daily operational targets.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to insert weight e.g. 2530 kg).
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work shifts weekends or overtime as required.
Working Conditions
Warehouse environment with standing walking bending and lifting for extended periods.
May require shift work including evenings and weekends.
