For our KWS Berlin we are looking for a temporary German speaking Working Student Payroll Operations & Automation(m/f/d)with 20 hours/week in Berlin. If you are interested in learning new things working independently and service-oriented and if you have already demonstrated that you are self-motivated a team player and flexible we look forward to getting to know you soon.

Your tasks:

• Support payroll operations with a strong focus on systems tools and processes
• Analyze and handlepayrollrelated tickets (Level 1) identify patterns and improvement potential
• Supportautomation initiatives (e.g. Agents workflow optimisation lowcode solutions)
• Assist indata checks validations and reconciliations between payroll time management and HR systems
• Help improve process efficiency data quality and documentation
• Collaborate closely with payroll and HR IT colleagues ondigitalisation and system improvements

What we are looking for:

• You are currently studying ideally with a focus on Human Resources Information Systems Data Science or a related field
• Strong interest in process automation systems and data handling
• You have a quick grasp and the ability to work independently and accurately
• A high level of customer and service orientation is one of your strengths
• For you teamwork means supporting each other solving problems together and learning together
• You are not satisfied with the status quo and you are looking for opportunities to accomplish your tasks even better and more efficiently
• Fluent in German and very good English language skills complete your profile
