Executive Protection Agent Southern California
Overview:
The company is seeking professionals with high levels of integrity excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety and security to join their team as Executive Protection Agents (EP) on a full-time and part-time basis. The EP agents will be responsible for the welfare physical protection and security of designated clients estates and home offices. A variety of positions are available in the Southern California area.
Executive Protection Agent Responsibilities:
Responsible for client and family safety providing close protection and security for the client during domestic and/or international assignments.
Perform protective advance planning counter surveillance operations and threat vulnerability assessments.
Transport the client and/or family members to events and appointments.
Clear communication and coordination with the security team client liaison and TorchStone leadership regarding vulnerabilities or safety concerns.
Effective incident and emergency response.
Complete suspicious activity reports incident reports. shift logs pattern of life reports and other administrative requirements.
Operate and maintain protective operations and communications equipment.
Assist with maintaining prepared vehicles to support client operations.
Qualifications/Requirements: (These need to be CLEARLY listed on resume)
5 - 10 years of verifiable relevant EP experience minimum excess of 10 years preferred which includes advance planning surveillance counter surveillance operations and security driving for high net-worth clients. Proof of completion of relevant EP training programs or certifications preferred.
Current BSIS Guard Card.
Current BSIS Exposed Firearm certification.
Current California CCW or LEOSA qualification.
Current California drivers license and US passport.
Current First Aid/CPR and AED training certifications.
Consent to and ability to pass a comprehensive background check and agreement to a non-disclosure agreement and privacy policies for both the company and the client.
Resident of Southern California and willing to commute to the clients location.

Full time Two-week rotation with a 3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off schedule requiring 7 shifts in total over two weeks. Shifts are 12 hours each.
Part time: 12-hour shifts (preferred commitment of 3-6 scheduled shifts per month)
