Junior Programmatic Campaign Specialist
This is an in-person role based in Madrid. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to become a true programmatic expert. You will learn how large-scale digital advertising campaigns are executed optimized and analyzed across major platforms.
You will focus on the operational side of programmatic advertising ensuring campaigns launch correctly deliver as expected and continuously improve. There is no client contact involved your impact is purely through execution quality and performance.
You will work closely with experienced team members who will provide guidance structure and clear processes.

To execute programmatic campaigns accurately and efficiently while developing strong technical and analytical skills in digital advertising operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Campaign Setup & Launch
Prepare campaign setups across platforms (GAM Xandr DSPs SSPs) following internal guidelines.
Validate assets trackers targeting and KPIs before launch.
Use checklists to ensure campaigns go live on time and without errors.
2. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization Support
Monitor active campaigns daily to ensure proper delivery and pacing.
Identify issues early and escalate when necessary.
Support optimization actions such as creative rotation or targeting adjustments.
3. Internal Support
Assist Sales and Account teams with operational tasks.
Prepare materials specs and campaign information when required.
Communicate clearly and promptly with internal stakeholders.
4. Reporting
Produce performance reports using templates.
Track key metrics and highlight important changes.
Maintain accurate records of campaign activity.
5. Process Adherence & Improvement
Follow established workflows and best practices.
Suggest small improvements as you gain experience.
Learn new tools and platform features over time.
Qualifications
Experience
2 years in digital advertising campaign operations or performance marketing
Experience managing multiple tasks or campaigns simultaneously
Familiarity with ad platforms ad servers or analytics tools
Exposure to programmatic advertising is a strong advantage
Internship or entry-level agency/publisher experience is acceptable
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and KPIs
Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow structured processes accurately
