Short Description
The Administrative Assistant provides support with the daily operation of our Research Operations and Support team including composing emails communicating with customers organizing files handling confidential and personal materials and supporting other assignments as identified.
The assistant in this role will be able to work independently and collaborate for special assignments as needed.
The assistant selected for this role will need to have a customer service-oriented focus be organized be able to communicate well in writing and verbally and be able to prioritize tasks and complete work assignments independently.
The assistant will interact with research staff leaders and physician investigators.
Experience Required
High School required.
Associates Degree preferred.
Education Requirements
4-6 years office experience.
Special Requirements
Exceptional organizational skills.
Typing skills 45-50 wpm.
Ability to work independently.
