HR Strategy Consultant (Remote)

Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American consulting network and is seeking experienced HR and People & Culture professionals to contribute to career advisory and leadership-focused initiatives within a remote consulting environment.

This contract opportunity is designed for established HR leaders who bring strong communication talent strategy and stakeholder engagement experience and are interested in applying those capabilities in an independent capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations with professionals exploring career direction and leadership development
• Apply HR and talent strategy expertise in career planning and advisory discussions
• Engage qualified professionals through digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
• Contribute to brand visibility through professional content and strategic communication
• Operate independently within established systems policies and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Talent Acquisition Organizational Development or People & Culture leadership
• Demonstrated background in stakeholder communication and workforce strategy
• Experience facilitating career development or performance discussions
• Comfortable working in a remote technology-enabled environment
• Self-directed with strong professional accountability

Engagement Structure

• Independent contractor role (not salaried employment)
