Job Summary
We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the Retail Mortgage (DSA Vertical) segment. The role involves managing and expanding the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network sourcing home loan and LAP files and ensuring smooth coordination from login to disbursement.
The candidate will be responsible for driving business through channel partners while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop DSA / channel partner network
Source Home Loans Loan Against Property (LAP) and other retail mortgage products
Generate quality login files and ensure target achievement
Coordinate with Credit Operations and Legal teams for faster approvals
Conduct customer meetings along with DSAs for case closure
Ensure proper documentation and policy compliance
Monitor disbursements and maintain healthy portfolio quality
Maintain strong relationship with existing channel partners
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in Retail Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP (DSA channel preferred)
Good local market knowledge of Gurgaon
Strong networking and sourcing skills
