Available Schedule: Friday & Saturday 11pm - 7am

What You Can Expect:

• Greet vendors client employees client and aid as needed.
• Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions hazards security violations blocked ingress and egress mechanical problems unauthorized persons inspects grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear.
• Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors and/or vendors.
• Complete daily activity (DAR) incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems.
• Provide an atmosphere in which all client employees site visitors client and Management know their needs are being met.
• Present a good image to client public and Management.
• Operates in a calm manner and directs persons who cause disruption to leave property.
• Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents emergencies or security investigations; sets up barriers and signage and provides direction or information to others.
• Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client Company Management or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.
• Acts to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards.
• Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma GED OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Intermediate computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• Colorado Drivers License and clean driving record due to required mobile patrol.
• Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who can provide outstanding customer service control access for patrons visitors or vendors as required monitor CCTV and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
