Job Summary
The Leadership Development Trainee role is designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership and management positions within Catch Vibe Voice. This program offers hands-on training across multiple business functions equipping you with the operational strategic and interpersonal skills necessary to lead teams effectively.
You will work closely with senior leaders participate in structured training sessions and gain real-world exposure to decision-making processes that drive performance and growth.
Responsibilities
Participate in comprehensive leadership training and development programs
