1根据技术条件和程序推荐标准或特殊密封及系统产品选型以满足客户要求
      Following techniques and procedures recommend selection / application of standard or special seal & system products to meet customers needs.
2能够准确完成产品装配图及材料表
      Be able to finish GA Drawing design and materials list.
3和内外部相关团队进行沟通及时落实设计工程师不能自已解决的问题确保项目设计按时完成
     Communicate with external or internal team to solve issue that design engineer raised and cannot solved by themselves timely for competing project design timely and accurately.
4能够准确完成图纸的审核和批准设计计算审核批准
     Drawing checking and Approval for GA and Detail parts; Check and approve test assembly drawing and detail parts drawing; Check calculation.
5根据市场及客户需求推进产品标准化性能优化和成本优化工作
     Products standardization optimization and VE according to market and customers demands.
6对标准或特殊设计的产品提出工程解决方案/说明包括根据成本效益决定生产物料
     Generation of engineering proposals / specifications for standard or special products including determining cost-effective materials for production.
7在生产阶段为运营团队提供技术支持
    Provide technical support to the operation team during the assembly period.
8批准/拒绝采购或制造生产时的不符合图纸要求的成品零件
    Approve / reject purchased or manufactured parts that do not conform to the requirements of the drawings.
9排除现场故障包括问题分析提出并执行合理的解决方案圆满解决问题
   Field troubleshooting including analysis of problems / recommendation & implementation of appropriate solutions to resolve satisfactorily.
10进行详细的失效分析工作包括调研书写分析报告和解决方案
    Detailed failure analysis activities including investigation / reporting / resolution.
11支持新同事的培训工作包括设计计算及应用等
    Support to train new colleagues including seal design calculation application etc.
12完成领导指定的其它工作.
    Be able to finish other job assigned by Leaders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Machinery

本科或硕士以上专业机械设计及自动化化工机械过程装备与控制工程热能动力工程流体机械

• English abilityGeneral Listening and Oral Skilled Read and Write.

英文能力具备基本听说能力读写熟练

• Minimum 35 years experience with mechanical seals process equipment design knowledge

至少35年密封设计或过程工业设备设计经验

• Strong knowledge of personal computers drawing software such as Sold Edge PDM MS Office such as Word Excel and PowerPoint etc.

熟练运用个人电脑绘图相关软件如Solid Edge PDM等熟练使用微软办公软件(WordExcelPowerPoint)

• Be familiar to product characters and design requirements.

熟悉公司产品的特性及设计要求

• Master usage of internet tools about technology.

熟悉掌握与技术相关的网络工具的应用

• Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-stress environment.
