ABOUT THE ROLE
Assisting in analysing security events and incidents.
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of cyber security controls.
Participating in vulnerability assessments risk assessments and remediation activities.
Contributing to security documentation policies and procedures.
Working collaboratively with IT risk and business stakeholders.
Learning and applying relevant Australian and International Cybersecurity frameworks
ABOUT YOU
Recently completed (or about to complete) a Bachelors degree in: Cyber Security Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems or a related discipline
Understand key cybersecurity standards and can apply them effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate well with technical and business teams.
Knowledge or experience in programming risk analysis and security best practices.
Detail oriented curious and stay current on emerging threats.
AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY
A Defence security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain baseline clearance.
