Description

As a Quality Technician at Caterpillar Inc. you will perform quality control and/or technical support for all functional departments. * Performs a variety of inspection functions on incoming material

• To check product incoming and internal part by dimension visual and NDT
• ตรวจสอบชนงานทรบเขาและงานทมปญหาจากฝายผลต ทงการวดระยะ dimension ตรวจสอบดวยสายตา และ NDT
• Prepare report quality result to Supervisor
• จดทำรายงานพนฐานตางๆ ดานการตรวจสอบคณภาพใหกบผบงคบบญชา
• Able to solve assembly issues within the cell by working with cross functional team leaders
• แกไขปญหาเบองตนในงาน และหรอทำงานรวมกบทมงานทเกยวของเพอหาทางปองกนและแกไขปญหา
• Responsible for Controlling and eliminating defects within the cell and adhere to standard work
• รบผดชอบดแลใหการปฏบตงานเปนไปตาม Standard Work และหาแนวทางปองกนการเกดปญหาซำ
• Perform other additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
• ปฏบตงานอนๆตามทหวหนางานมอบหมาย

Basic Qualifications

• Vocation level up in any filed.
• วฒการศกษาระดบ ปวช. ขนไป ทกสาขาทเกยวของ
• Caterpillar Thailand payroll regular full-time/regular part-time employees
• เปนพนกงานประจำหรอพนกงานสญญาจางชวคราว ของบรษทแคทเธอรพลลาร (ประเทศไทย) จำกด

Top Candidates will also have

• Read prints and measure incoming parts to check conformance to print
• สามารถตรวจเชคชนงาน(Incoming part) ตามแบบทกำหนด
• Includes simple plate inspection functions such as checking for flatness squareness parallelism etc;
• สามารถตรวจสอบชนสวนพนฐาน เชน ความเรยบ เหลยมและขนาดของชนงาน
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or electronic schematics diagrams
• สามารถอานแบบดารวศวกรรมและอเลกทรานกสได
• Working knowledge of inspection tools including micrometers and various gages
• มความรความสามารถในการใชเครองมอในการตรวสอบคณภาพตางๆ เชน ไมโครมเตอร เปนตน
• Strong customer focus
• มความชำนาญในการตดตอประสานงานกบลกคา
• Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing
• มประสบการณดานงานตรวจสอบคณภาพในโรงงานอตสาหกรรม

Additional Information

Shift: 2nd - Full Time

Working Hours: Monday Friday 07:30 am. 04:30 pm.

Work location: Caterpillar (Thailand) Ltd. WHA Industrial Rayong Land. Rayong
