Description
As a Quality Technician at Caterpillar Inc. you will perform quality control and/or technical support for all functional departments. * Performs a variety of inspection functions on incoming material
- To check product incoming and internal part by dimension visual and NDT
- ตรวจสอบชนงานทรบเขาและงานทมปญหาจากฝายผลต ทงการวดระยะ dimension ตรวจสอบดวยสายตา และ NDT
- Prepare report quality result to Supervisor
- จดทำรายงานพนฐานตางๆ ดานการตรวจสอบคณภาพใหกบผบงคบบญชา
- Able to solve assembly issues within the cell by working with cross functional team leaders
- แกไขปญหาเบองตนในงาน และหรอทำงานรวมกบทมงานทเกยวของเพอหาทางปองกนและแกไขปญหา
- Responsible for Controlling and eliminating defects within the cell and adhere to standard work
- รบผดชอบดแลใหการปฏบตงานเปนไปตาม Standard Work และหาแนวทางปองกนการเกดปญหาซำ
- Perform other additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
- ปฏบตงานอนๆตามทหวหนางานมอบหมาย
Basic Qualifications
- Vocation level up in any filed.
- วฒการศกษาระดบ ปวช. ขนไป ทกสาขาทเกยวของ
- Caterpillar Thailand payroll regular full-time/regular part-time employees
- เปนพนกงานประจำหรอพนกงานสญญาจางชวคราว ของบรษทแคทเธอรพลลาร (ประเทศไทย) จำกด
Top Candidates will also have
- Read prints and measure incoming parts to check conformance to print
- สามารถตรวจเชคชนงาน(Incoming part) ตามแบบทกำหนด
- Includes simple plate inspection functions such as checking for flatness squareness parallelism etc;
- สามารถตรวจสอบชนสวนพนฐาน เชน ความเรยบ เหลยมและขนาดของชนงาน
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or electronic schematics diagrams
- สามารถอานแบบดารวศวกรรมและอเลกทรานกสได
- Working knowledge of inspection tools including micrometers and various gages
- มความรความสามารถในการใชเครองมอในการตรวสอบคณภาพตางๆ เชน ไมโครมเตอร เปนตน
- Strong customer focus
- มความชำนาญในการตดตอประสานงานกบลกคา
- Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing
- มประสบการณดานงานตรวจสอบคณภาพในโรงงานอตสาหกรรม
Additional Information
Shift: 2nd - Full Time
Working Hours: Monday Friday 07:30 am. 04:30 pm.
Work location: Caterpillar (Thailand) Ltd. WHA Industrial Rayong Land. Rayong
