Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Pathway Point Person (SST) for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:- Schedule SST meetings.
- Invite appropriate team members.
- Run the SST meeting filling out all associated paperwork.
- Follow timelines and documentation as outlines in the SST process guide.
- Schedule follow up meetings to discuss the level of progress made.
- Communicate information about SST meetings with administration as appropriate.
- Follows professional guidelines concerning confidentiality professionalism and documentation.
- Provide ongoing outreach to the academies for SST referral as appropriate.
- Identify students in need of Student Support Team meetings.
Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with staff.
- Ability to organize and share information.
- Ability to effectively run student centered meetings.
- Lead SRI and other protocols.
Additional Requirements:- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:Effective Dates of Employment:- This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
- The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.
Supervisor:Compensation:- The total annual stipend for this position is $2841.
