As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the housekeeping department at our luxury serviced residence. You will be responsible for allocating daily tasks to the housekeeping team ensuring all areas of the residence are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Your role will involve supervising Room Attendants as they complete their apartment checklists offering guidance and support where needed and conducting regular inspections to uphold our five-star standards. You will also assist in training new team members managing housekeeping enquiries and responding to any special guest requirements with professionalism and care.
