Service Supervisor

Join our expert team delivering essential service plans and rapid technical support to customers nationwide. Reporting to the Service Supervisor youll tackle faults perform planned maintenance and keep our products running at their best.

What youll do:

• Diagnose repair test and modify actuators on-site.
• Install mechanical and electrical components including retrofit adaptations.
• Complete accurate technical reports for every visit.

What were looking for:

• Strong technical knowledge of valves actuators and digital control systems.
• Solid grasp of electronics electrical and fluid power principles.
• Ability to read schematics and use calibration tools.
• Hands-on experience in an engineering environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (overnight stays included).

Qualifications :

Functional/Technical Competencies

• Technical qualification in Mechanical or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience that is relevant and from a commercial background
• Knowledge of or capability to learn about valves actuators and digital control systems.
• IT proficient service software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication both written and oral
• Conscientious and self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines with minimum supervision
• Organised/structured approach to enable a coordinated response to achieve all aspects of work demands
• Good attention to detail
• An ability to deal effectively with difficult situations
• Flexible attitude to working extended hours when needed
• Willingness to progress and develop
