- Implement structured learning journeys for early career talent mid-level professionals and emerging leaders.
- Support the rollout of global digital learning platforms and change management efforts in India.
- Coordinate with global L&D teams to localize specific leadership development programs for India as deemed fit.

- Support career pathing initiatives and internal mobility frameworks tailored to Indias talent landscape.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies through targeted interventions.
Organizational Development analytics & reporting
- Support change management initiatives and programs.
- Use talent analytics to generate insights on development effectiveness retention and engagement.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviews and strategic planning.
- Collaborate on diversity and inclusion programs especially focused on gender diversity and early career development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR Psychology Business Administration or related field.
- 510 years of experience in talent development learning or HRBP.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with learning technologies assessment tools and talent analytics.
