Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endtoend recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
• Source candidates through job portals referrals LinkedIn and vendors
• Screening and review of profiles from multiple sources and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate data and tracking in ATS/Workday
• Support Offer roll outs candidate engagement and fulfil hiring requirements
• Coordinate prejoining and onboarding formalities
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required
• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR or MBA
• 35 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience hiring technical roles in automotive domain is preferred
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Handson experience with ATS (Workday preferred)
• Good sourcing and screening capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

• Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
• Experience with vendor and campus hiring
