We are seeking an organized and client-focused Remote Planning Coordinator to guide clients through personalized planning experiences from concept to this fully remote role youll research options coordinate important details and ensure every step of the process runs smoothly and professionally.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes communicating clearly and keeping multiple moving parts aligned while delivering a high-quality client experience.
What Youll Do:
- Partner with clients to understand their goals preferences and timelines

- Maintain organized records and consistent communication
- Provide responsive professional support throughout the entire process
