Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Process orders manage invoicing and ensure accurate documentation
- Stay informed on new products promotions and discontinued items

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (automotive/technical training is a plus)
- Prior experience in an automotive parts department or dealership preferred
- Strong communication customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles and parts is a plus
- Proficient in basic computer skills and inventory management software
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
