Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and processing allpartsorders
- Understand and control ofpartsinventory
- Creating bin locations for new stock
- Notify customers onpartsarrival.
- Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies
- Processing accessories and shelving them
- Working directly with technicians
- Answering phones and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Handling e-commerce orders
- Light Forklift duties
- Processing Warranty scrap
- Keeping things in neat and orderly fashion
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow federal state and local regulations applicable to industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior autopartssales experience(required)
- Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
- Valid drivers license
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check
