Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our team at DAV Energy Solutions Inc. As an Architectural Drafter you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for various architectural projects. You will collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure that designs meet client requirements and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Collaborate with architects engineers and clients to understand project requirements
Ensure that designs comply with building codes zoning regulations and other legal requirements
Prepare and modify drawings layouts and schematics as necessary
Assist in the preparation of project proposals reports and presentations
Work closely with the construction team to oversee the implementation of design plans
Provide support during the construction phase by answering questions and resolving design issues

Essential Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit or similar CAD software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes

Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $91000 and $146000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance retirement savings plans and professional development opportunities.
