Architectural Job Captain

We are seeking a Job Captain to support our integrated team through strong technical execution coordination and ownership of project documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive motivated to grow and can contribute meaningfully to both design and construction processes while continuing to develop their leadership and technical skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Lead the production and coordination of project drawing sets across all phases.
*Develop and manage the Revit model to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
*Coordinate with consultants and internal team members to resolve design and documentation challenges.
*Support project execution by maintaining organized project files and managing day-to-day documentation tasks.
*Participate in and support Construction Administration efforts including submittal review and field coordination.
*Conduct project-specific code research and apply findings to design and documentation.
*Prepare graphics renderings and materials for client and internal presentations.
*Organize and participate in project meetings document meeting minutes and action items.
*Collaborate with project managers superintendents and field staff to address constructability and coordination issues.

Qualifications:
*Bachelors or masters degree in architecture from an accredited school
*5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience
*Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce and coordinate contract documents
*Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection software preferred
*Working knowledge of construction documentation detailing and building systems
*Basic understanding of building codes and permitting processes
*Strong verbal written and graphic communication skills
*Strong organizational and time management skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal direction
*Willingness and ability to travel as needed
*Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within an integrated design-build environment
