VW of Inver Grove is looking for Customer Service and Business Development Representatives.

Job Description
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identifyautomotive needs
- Build rapport with customers to build a base ofreferrals to establish customer network
- Answer a high volume amount of inbound calls
- Set appointments for service customers
- Contact customers to confirm appointments
- Provide information on service incentives
- Must make outbound calls
Job Requirements
- Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to beSuccessful
- Excellent phone presence
- Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Strong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP OutlookExcel)
- Prior Sales Call Center or BDC Experience PREFERRED
- Great Communication Skills
- Able to multi-task
- Bi-lingual is always a plus!
- Team Player
Hourly Rate starting at $20 plus commissions
