More About the Outsourced Accounting Staff Role:

We are currently seeking an individual looking to take that next step in advancing their career path by accepting the engaging and fulfilling role as an Outsourced Accounting Staff in our Lakeland office. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have at least 5 years of client accounting services or related experiences OR a Bachelors degree
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to multi-task prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate complex data clearly
Excellent data entry skills
Great interpersonal and customer service skills
Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Works well independently and in a team environment
Willing to assume responsibility for assigned work without undue supervision
Highly proficient with Excel
Experience with QuickBooks and Sage preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
Communicate with clients and team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This is an in-person at the office working role. Youll find that between our regular team meetings firm retreats participation in industry specific events and our involvement in professional organizations we are committed to staying connected as a team.
