We are seeking a Client Success Manager who knows that relationships are built not maintained. This role is the Relationship Farmer; the Account Whisperer and is responsible for protecting revenue strengthening partnerships and identifying growth opportunities within our house accounts.

We dont believe in account maintenance. We believe in account growth. The Client Success Manager owns client relationships from the inside out. You know how to build trust manage expectations and turn one placement into a long-term partnership this role was designed for you.

Lets be clear.

  • We dont need someone who just checks in with clients.
  • We need someone who protects revenue like its their own money.
  • Someone who grows house accounts without being pushy.
  • Someone who can turn a single placement into a multi-year relationship.
  • This role manages our house accounts; and farms them.
  • Youll be the face the pulse and the protector of key relationships.
  • Youll make sure clients never leave; and never stop growing.

What Youll Actually Do

  • Manage and nurture assigned house accounts
  • Own client communication cadence (weekly monthly quarterly)
  • Identify expansion opportunities organically
  • Upsell new verticals categories and service lines
  • Protect margins
  • Monitor performance and retention
  • Conduct QBRs like a pro
  • Track satisfaction and address issues before they escalate
  • Work closely with recruiting and BD to grow accounts strategically
  • Turn satisfied managers into internal champions
