Job Summary
Desire to support and promote the Hanover Schools goal ofdeveloping good sportsmanship and its pursuit of excellence in allopportunities. Knowledge of and ability to work within and support the guidelinesof the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA)the Hanover School. Committee Policies the Hanover High School Handbook forStudents and the Hanover High School Handbook for Coaches. Willingness to support student-athletes as they balance academicsuccess and athletic responsibilities. Knowledge of the sport Coaching experience Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to work cooperativelywith students administrators athletic department school staffparents and parent groups. First Aid Certification Desired MIAA Concussion Certification Required
