What You Will Get To Do:

  • Point of contact for clients/investors to ensure overall client/investor satisfaction
  • Acting as escalation point and problem solver for the team ensuring action plans are implemented in case of any service issues
  • Contributing to internal project initiatives including technology and operational initiatives
  • Reviewing and processing investor subscriptions redemptions transfers assignments and contact changes
  • Developing culture of continuous efficiency improvements resulting in increased capacity
  • Providing coaching training and leadership as necessary to junior staff
  • Preparing wire transfer instructions in accordance with investor and/or fund management instructions
  • Processing cash money movements and reconciliations
  • Supporting the year-end audit process in collaboration with the team client and auditors
  • Day-to-day interaction with other departments and counterparts to prevent/ resolve issues

What You Will Bring:

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional client relationships while leading support and service activities for retail transfer agency products with a focus on retail alternatives. The position partners closely with clients sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure both tactical execution and strategic objectives are met at the highest level of satisfaction. The role also contributes to product adoption contract negotiations and long-term growth initiatives while operating as a senior leader with broad operational responsibility and strategic influence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and sustain strong trusted relationships with clients serving as a senior point of contact for complex and strategic matters.
  • Ensure client needs issues and expectationsboth tactical and strategicare proactively managed and resolved to the highest standards.
  • Oversee support and service delivery activities for retail transfer agency products.

Product & Service Leadership

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends related to retail alternatives and transfer agency product development.
  • Support and help drive adoption of SS&C product initiatives across the client base.
  • Participate in the development and administration of broad-scope programs and projects with significant impact on retail transfer agency products.

Sales & Growth Collaboration

  • Partner with sales and support teams to identify opportunities for expanded business with existing clients and prospects.
  • Work on fee structures and contract terms for new prospects new clients and when new services are introduced.
  • Support prospective engagement by contributing product operational and service expertise.

Strategic Leadership

  • Act as a senior leader with broad operational or functional responsibility.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders and executives to help establish and execute strategic plans and objectives.
  • Apply in-depth company knowledge specialized expertise and influence to resolve critical and complex business challenges.

Salary/wage rate is determined by various factors including but not limited to relevant work experience job related knowledge skills abilities business needs and geographic regions.

The expected base salary for the position in MA is between $100000 USD to $195000 USD.

In addition to their salary successful candidates may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus and stock options.

NY: Salary range for the position: $130000 USD to $220000 USD.
