Were looking for caring dependable Non-Medical Caregivers to support seniors in their this role youll play an essential part in helping clients maintain their independence safety and overall well-being while receiving the personalized care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
As a Home Health Aide you will:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility
Plan and prepare balanced meals offering feeding assistance when necessary
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry dishwashing and general tidying to ensure a safe environment
Transport clients to appointments errands and outings as needed
Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
Promote engagement in daily routines and meaningful activities
Monitor and communicate any noticeable changes in a clients condition
Qualifications
Compassionate reliable and professional demeanor
Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous caregiving experience is a plus though not required
