About Company
Our client is a Metal products manufacturing company with an In-house Design Sampling and Production setup. They have the capabilities of manufacturing small components to large-scale Metal Products. Having 20 yrs of a successful track record of manufacturing and marketing products in India and overseas. As part of their growth and diversification plans they recently commissioned a world-class state-of-the-art fully automatic PSBB Production Line from Italy. The material flow of Punching Shearing Buffering and Bending system PSBB can be automated with different modules to manufacture Sheet Metal Components and sheet metal equipment to be supplied to small medium large scale and Multinational Consumer and Industrial Equipment manufacturers across India. Sprawling over 1.5 Lac sqft of area the two factories have a workforce of more than 400 people in different departments.
- Experience in programming and operating CNC machines; understanding of manufacturing processes; self-driven and result-oriented
- Program and operate CNC machines troubleshoot issues reduce setup time ensure quality compliance and supervise machine operations
Role & responsibilities
- To programme CNC Machines.
- Ability to setup programme operate trouble shoot CNC machines.
- Ability to reduce setup time and cutting through process improvements.
- Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
- Complies with all quality policies specification
- Supervise the machines while they execute the task and make any necessary adjustment to produce a better result.
- Inspect and measure finished product and compare them with requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Having experience in sheet metal part & various manufacturing process.
- Thorough understanding of various manufacturing process.
- Self-driven & result oriented
- Planning analytical & good communication skills
