The People Science team applies industrial-organizational psychology research methods and data analytics to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience. This role supports evidence-based initiatives across talent management leadership engagement organizational design and workforce strategy.
You Will:
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify organizational challenges and opportunities related to employee experience effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Design and conduct research studies including surveys experiments interviews and program evaluations.
- Analyze organizational data to generate insights that inform talent decisions workforce strategy and organizational practices.
- Translate research findings into clear actionable recommendations for business leaders and HR partners.
You Have:
- Current enrollment in a PhD program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology Cognitive Psychology Organizational Behavior or a related field.
- Strong foundation in experimental research design psychometrics and quantitative/qualitative analysis.
- Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis statistical modeling and data visualization.
- Interest in applying psychological science to real-world organizational challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
