As we continue to grow we are excited to add aStrategic Sales & Analytics (SS&A) Lead Ninja Coffee France. This is a key leadership role within the Strategic Sales & Analytics organization reporting directly to the VP SS&A.

In this role you will drive data-led decision-making across key retail accounts in France with a specific focus on the coffee responsible forshaping market and category strategy delivering actionable insights guiding pricing and promotion recommendations and ensuring strong business health tracking for the Ninja Coffee portfolio. WhatYoullBe Doing

Market & Category Strategy

• Act as the category expert for Coffee in France by monitoring market trends pricing strategies promotional effectiveness and competitive dynamics.
• Ensure Ninja Coffee is consistently gaining market share by proactivelyidentifyingand addressing performance gaps.
• Partner with sales marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop data-driven category strategies that increase distribution shelf space and in-store visibility.
• Provide real-time POS analysis to support rapid decision-making and strategic course correction.

Business Performance & Analytics

• Lead financial and commercial performance analysis for Ninja Coffee France including variance and trend analysis toidentifyrisks and opportunities.
• Develop andmaintainreporting dashboards that provide clear visibility into key business metrics.
• Deliver daily weekly and monthly performance reporting covering sales results category trends and financial KPIs.
• Translate complex data into clear actionable insights and communicate recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Strategic Sales Analytics & Reporting

• Analyzemarket opportunities category gaps and competitive threats within the French coffee market to inform strategic priorities.
• Manage the Master Event Calendar for France to ensure alignment across retail initiatives and promotional activations.
• Evaluate pre- and post-promotion performance to quantify impact and improve future planning.
• Track and measure KPIs including promotional lift pricing elasticity distribution gains and overall sales performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead and collaborate closely with sales marketing finance supply chain and R&D teams to support the Ninja Coffee growth agenda in France.
• Ensure strong alignment across functions to deliver category and businessobjectives.

WhatYoullBring

• Fluent in English and French
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field (advanced analytics education preferred).
• 7 years of experience in strategic sales category management or business analytics roles ideally within FMCG or consumer durables.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into commercial strategies.
• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach toidentifyingmarket opportunities and risks.
