You will join the Indirect Procurement Delivery group which covers core indirect procurement activities. This team is characterized by its dynamic and collaborative environment and enables a flexible response to the constantly evolving needs of our customers. Responsibilities What You Can Expect
You enable the effective and efficient delivery of our procurement services and drive the continuous improvement of automation and content doing so you take on the following exciting tasks:
Develop yourself into a category subject matter specialist in Facilities by conducting market and internal analyses to create strategic and tactical plans for sourcing goods and services.
Implement procurement strategies and deliver results by leveraging spend category know-how robust sourcing negotiation contracting and project management skills.
Shape content and automation by translating sourcing outcomes into user-friendly content and automated buying channels to increase adoption and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete sourcing activities and content enhancements.
Support the team in managing customer demands improve the customer buying experience and contribute your expertise to customer-oriented projects and solutions.
Qualifications What You Bring
You are a designer and enabler who tests new ideas with curiosity and openness and actively shares knowledge. Your qualifications are the foundation upon which we grow together:
A university degree preferably in business or a related discipline (required).
5 years of procurement experience in strategic sourcing category strategy development and strategic project execution with a solid understanding of contracting (required).
Knowledge and experience in Facilities categories (required).
Experience with procurement systems and processes (preferred).
Fluency in German (required) and business-level proficiency in English (required).
Duration: This position is permanent
