Job Title: Bilingual HR Intern
Job Summary: The HR Internship is designed for undergraduate students with an interest or background in human resources who want to gain hands-on experience supporting Talent Acquisition Benefits and HR operations. This is a full-time in-person office internship Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. This internship is a chance to explore different areas of HR gain practical skills in a supportive office environment and build a foundation for a career in human resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire processing and onboarding including completing E-Verify scheduling and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Present HR policies to new hires in group settings.
- Assist with front desk and employee communications.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks in support of HR and Benefits including preparing new hire packets and maintaining records.
- Help with recruitment by shadowing screening processing and tracking applicants.
- Assist with creating visual content and presentation slides using online tools (e.g. Canva).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Prior office experience with strong verbal and phone communication (preferred).
- Currently enrolled in college coursework in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel (preferred).
- Ability to provide your own housing and transportation in the DFW area.
